Who we are

Susun is published by Loremork (“we”, “us”, and “our”). If you have a privacy question or request, contact us at support@loremork.com.

Information stored on your device

Susun does not require an account. Your puzzle progress, settings, unlocked insights, and other gameplay preferences are stored locally on your device so the App can remember your game.

If you choose a photo from your library to make a custom puzzle, the App uses that image on your device to create and display the puzzle. Loremork does not upload that photo to its servers. You can remove the photo from the App by deleting the custom puzzle or uninstalling the App.

Advertising

The App displays banner and occasional interstitial ads through Appodeal and its advertising partners. Those providers may process device and advertising identifiers, IP address, technical device and network information, ad views or interactions, and performance information to deliver, measure, limit, and protect advertising.

Advertising partners may use this information for interest-based advertising where permitted by your device settings and applicable law. We do not provide Appodeal with your name, email address, chosen photo, or a user account identifier. Analytics and diagnostics

We use Amplitude to understand how the App is used. It receives only these product events: App Opened, Game Started, Game Resumed, and Game Completed. The App is configured not to send advertising ID, IDFV, IP address, language, device model or manufacturer, carrier, country, or touch autocapture to Amplitude.

We use Sentry to receive error and crash diagnostics so we can investigate and fix problems. Diagnostic reports can include technical context about an error, such as the app version, device operating system, and a stack trace. We configure Sentry not to send default personally identifiable information. See Amplitude's Privacy Notice and Sentry's Privacy Policy for their handling of information.

Permissions and your choices

The App asks for photo-library access only when you choose to create a puzzle from one of your own photos. You can decline or later change that permission in your device settings. The App also asks for permission before it can use the advertising identifier where your operating system requires it.

You can limit ad personalization through your device's privacy and advertising settings. You may also contact us to ask a question, exercise an applicable privacy right, or request help with a custom photo stored by the App.

How information is shared

We share information only with the service providers described above, when required to comply with law, or when necessary to protect the App, our users, or our rights. Loremork does not sell your name, email address, or custom photos. Some privacy laws may treat the processing of identifiers for personalized advertising as “sharing”; where that applies, use the advertising controls described above.

Retention and security

Local gameplay data and custom photos remain on your device until you remove them or uninstall the App. Our service providers retain information under their own policies and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards for the services we operate, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those providers apply their own safeguards and transfer mechanisms as described in their privacy notices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Susun changes or legal requirements evolve. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date when we make a material change.
